Our approach is different from that of your everyday research agency.
We organise ourselves so that the research we deliver is actionable for
you, our customer. We do this in a number of ways:
• Firstly, we treat research as part of a change management process,
not the process itself. We use change management techniques to make sure
that action happens so you look good to your boss and your business gets
value for money!
• Secondly, we really do work in partnership with you, what you
see is what you get. You have a dedicated account manager who ensures
they understand your marketplace, your business objectives and your research
objectives before we start the research. We’ll hold weekly update
meetings with you during the life of the project using an agreed action
plan, we’ll keep you in the picture at all times. This partnership
approach really helps get to grips with the problem and drives insight.
• Thirdly, in contrast to many research agencies, our senior experienced
people don’t just do the pitch and then leave a junior to sort the
research. The senior who does the pitch will then manage the project and
workshop the findings with you. That’s our promise.
On top of this we are only a small agency, we don’t carry the overheads
of larger organisations so we can do this at a competitive price.
